  2. SachoHisaab is billing and inventory management software only. It does not sell products, receive payments, or provide retail services.
  3. The registered shop owner is solely responsible for product prices, quantity, quality, authenticity, expiry dates, discounts, refunds, exchanges, and full legal compliance.
  4. SRP Digital Studios does not modify, verify, inspect, approve, or guarantee any information entered by the shop owner into the software.
  5. This invoice records information entered by the shop owner at the time of sale and serves as a record of the purchase.
  6. Customers should review the invoice at the time of purchase and report discrepancies to the shop owner immediately.
  7. Keep this invoice for returns, exchanges, warranty claims, or future reference.
  8. All disputes regarding products or services must be resolved directly with the issuing shop owner.

  13. Customer information is used only for invoice generation and transaction communication.
  14. Every invoice has a unique Invoice Number and QR Code for verification purposes.
  15. Verification confirms that the invoice exists in the SachoHisaab database only — it does not guarantee product quality or legality of the sale.
  16. SRP Digital Studios may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities.
  17. Misuse of SachoHisaab may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to law enforcement.
  18. These Terms may be updated without prior notice. The latest version is always available on the official website.
